The workplace is changing, and many businesses are realizing the future of work is hybrid. Training employees in this new environment requires a new set of skills for performance and learning specialists, instructional designers, curriculum developers, human resource professionals, corporate trainers and alike.
In this new online, micro-credential program, you will gain the necessary skills to effectively design and deliver training for a hybrid workplace through a series of three short, self-paced and stackable courses.

Organizational Preparedness and Adaptability
MICRO-CREDENTIAL: PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE
Organizational Preparedness and Adaptability (OPA) is a new micro-credential that equips learners to help improve their organizations' ability to operate through the crises and disruptions many describe as the "new normal." The program is designed for non-specialists to enable broad support within organizations in all sectors to prepare for, and adapt to, our highly unpredictable environment.
Concepts include risk assessment and impact analysis, mitigation, business continuity planning, emergency preparedness and response, leadership and organizational culture, and crisis communications.

Indigenous Cultural Stewardship
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Develop an understanding of the historical relationship between the museum/heritage sector and Indigenous communities. Gain the foundational knowledge and skills to support the preservation and stewardship of tangible and intangible Indigenous culture and heritage.
This new online learning opportunity will allow professionals to critically engage with decolonial practices, and to advance Indigenous knowledge within their organizations.

Business Finance
MICRO-CREDENTIAL: PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE
The PDC in Business Finance will provide learners with a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices, forecasting, finance and investing principles for use in small and medium-sized businesses.

Advanced Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
MICRO-CREDENTIAL: PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE
The Advanced Business Intelligence and Data Analytics micro-credential will build on the foundational learning in BIDA 301: Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Fundamentals and BIDA 302: Data Analytics Coding Fundamentals (or equivalent, for learners coming in to the program with prior analytics and coding experience), and will allow students to progress to higher-level in-demand data analysis, visualization and modelling skills.

This program will provide learners in a new supervisory role with the skillset to effectively lead and communicate with their team, understand employment law and make informed business decisions.

Amateur Landscape and Garden Design
