Everyone is welcome to use Career Coach (e.g., current learners, graduates, staff, family members, etc.)

No, creating a profile is optional. If you would like to access more features, creating a profile will allow you to save your results and programs.
How does Career Coach choose the skills?
Career Coach selects skills that are relevant to job seekers, employers and educators based on real-world resumes, professional profiles, job postings and more. Lightcast gathers and analyzes millions of skills each month while also looking at suggestions from the community.
