When change is the only constant, resilience is crucial. The Micro-certificate in Change Resilience in the Workplace is designed to equip professionals with the skills and strategies to adapt to change within diverse situations and environments.

The combination of these courses introduces different skills that will prepare learners to plan for and progress through uncertainty and times of change. Through theoretical understanding and practical application, you will develop competencies in project management, and gain an understanding of organizational structures and change-making processes, while enhancing your ability to adapt to today's dynamic and evolving business environments.

Program outcomes

After completing the Micro-certificate in Change Resilience in the Workplace, you will be able to:

  • effectively anticipate and plan for the impact of change by developing an understanding of how change or other disruptions affect personal and team behaviours within an organization
  • comprehend the fundamental principles of organizational change, including the reasons behind it, common challenges and the impact on organizational culture
  • recognize different types of organizational changes and their implications
  • analyze and evaluate techniques used to effectively plan for and execute organizational change
  • apply resiliency principles to navigate the constantly shifting environment, transforming challenges into opportunities through agility and adaptability

  • BMBA 130 - Organizational Behaviour

  • TECH110 - Project Management

Application information

How to apply

No application is necessary, simply select any of the three courses required for the micro-certificate and register for them independently. When registering, you will have the option to purchase the Micro-certificate in Change Resilience in the Workplace fee at an additional cost of $20. You are only required to select this when registering for one of the three courses.

Once you have completed your third course, your certificate will be electronically issued and sent to you. Certificates will be sent approximately one month after the completion of your third course. 

Note: We are unable to retroactively issue a micro-certificate. Students must purchase the $20 program fee prior to the last day of the last course in the program.
