Course description
This workshop focuses on how leaders can turn discomfort into trust and growth.
You will explore how to build and sustain a culture of feedback and collaboration by engaging authentically in challenging conversations. Drawing from leadership frameworks such as systems thinking, active listening, appreciate lens, and personal mastery, Rishi Sharma will guide you through tools for repairing ruptures, giving and receiving feedback, and creating psychologically safe team norms.
Through exercises in trust mapping, journaling, peer dialogue, and reflection, you will learn how to lead with transparency, empathy, inclusion, model vulnerability, and encourage open communication. This session provides a practical and values-driven roadmap for building resilient, feedback-rich environments where every voice can be heard.
