Course description

We spend nearly a third of our lives asleep, yet sleep health is an emerging concept when it comes to achieving overall wellness. This session is for anyone struggling with sleep, interested in leveraging sleep as a component of healthy aging, or advocating for a loved one if sleep is a challenge. The difference between sleep health and sleep sickness will be discussed, and sleep stressors and ways to tackle them will be explored. You will learn how to implement simple strategies for achieving optimum sleep fitness at any age.
