Course description
Taught through the lens of scientific evidence, this course will outline how our physiology changes during the stages of menopause. You will learn how to eat during this transition to manage symptoms and lower health risks. Both food and supplements will be discussed, along with symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep, mood swings and weight gain. You will leave the session empowered with new knowledge and more confidence in your food choices as you navigate the menopausal journey.
Please note that the class will be recorded, and the recording will be available to registrants for 30 days after the class.
