Notes:

  • Teen Campus Experience is designed for groups of 5 or more students accompanied by a chaperone.
  • Minimum age is 15 by the start of the program. Generally, maximum age is 17.
  • All-inclusive program fee covers:
    • Application, tuition and program fees
    • Course materials
    • Socio Cultural activities and transportation
    • Supervised dormitory accommodation and 3 meals per day
    • Round-trip transportation between Victoria International Airport or Swartz Bay ferry terminal and the University of Victoria
    • Student Services package consisting of CARSA (gym) access and Guard.Me medical insurance
    • University of Victoria Identification Card (ONECard)
    • End of program event
    • Certificate of Completion
    • Dormitory accommodation, meals, and ONECard for one chaperone per group
  • Program fee does not include:
    • Chaperone's medical insurance, bus pass, or CARSA (gym) access. Chaperones are responsible for obtaining their own travel medical insurance.
    • Bus pass for students. We will provide free buses for students during official activities like field trips.
    • Guardianship. Responsibility for guardianship rests with each group's chaperone.
    • Transportation to and from Victoria, BC
    • Personal and unanticipated expenses
    • Any additional activities outside of the scheduled program activities
