Course description

We plan our birthdays, weddings and even dinners, so why don’t we plan our health care? This course lets you have a say in the health care you will receive if you are unable to speak for yourself. Over two interactive sessions, with part two building upon part one, you will explore what an advance care plan is, how to get started and what resources are available. You will learn why discussing and documenting your wishes is so important, and how this advance planning allows your loved ones and health care providers to speak better on your behalf when needed.
