In a world where many of women’s most important conversations remain unspoken, the podcast On Notice is making waves by bringing them into the open.

No topic is off-limits as the hosts use humour, honesty and relatability to foster a space where women feel heard, validated and connected.

An Award-Winning Platform for Change

Recently, On Notice won the University of Victoria Libraries’ student podcast award, a contest recognizing and celebrating high-quality podcasting by UVic students. The award highlights projects where students are living UVic’s values of "engaged learning and real-life involvement to contribute to a better future for people and the planet."

Tanya sees the podcast as more than just a show—it’s a platform for change. "Sometimes, the most powerful thing women can do is simply share their truth with each other," she shares in her bio.

This perspective is at the heart of On Notice, where listeners can hear honest, normalizing conversations that are rarely shared openly. With its raw, real and unfiltered approach, On Notice continues to break down barriers while earning recognition along the way.
