The world’s most beautiful classical music comes alive in the world’s great concert halls. From Lincoln Center to the Rudolfinum, the most iconic halls have their own histories, personalities and teams of musical artists who make magic happen. In this class we will explore, through listening, selections from the classical music repertoire which link together place, composer and performer. No prior experience with music is required.
This is a multi-access course where instruction is offered face to face and remotely simultaneously. Choose one of the two options below to register depending on how you will access the class.

Using mobile devices in online courses
If you are planning on accessing your online courses using a mobile device such as a tablet or a smartphone, please note that not all required course features will be accessible with these devices. To fully function in your online courses, you will need to have access to a computer running Windows or MacOS.
Refund/withdrawal policy
A full course refund will only be provided if you withdraw from the course prior to the course start date. A refund, less a $15 administrative fee, will be issued if you withdraw within 6 calendar days after the official course start date. Depending on your method of payment, a refund will be either mailed to you or credited to your credit card.
Continuing Studies statement on use of educational technology
This course will require the use of Zoom and may use other education technology such as internet-based applications, cloud services, or social media. In order to complete this course you will be required to either consent to the disclosure of your personal information outside of Canada to enable use of these technologies, or work with the Division of Continuing Studies to explore other privacy protective options (such as using an alias or nickname).
