A smiling bearded man in a dark blue jacket crouches in a lush Pacific Northwest forest, carefully examining a pale mushroom he holds in his hands. Behind him stands a traditional woven basket, likely for collecting mushrooms. The forest floor is covered with bright green moss, and tall coniferous trees create a dappled, natural lighting in the background. The scene captures the hands-on, educational nature of mushroom foraging and identification in the Greater Victoria area's temperate rainforest environment.
