Italian - Level 4

COURSE

Course description

This course is for students who have completed the Italian - Level 3 course or for those who have high intermediate experience with the Italian language and are comfortable having conversations in different verb tenses. Classes will focus on further developing speaking, listening and reading skills. Optional assignments will encourage building written skills.

Learning objectives

After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • communicate orally in many everyday-life situations
  • conduct conversations and create sentences in Italian on various themes in different verb tenses and moods
  • understand the gist of many websites, written texts, and video clips, and ask questions and make comments about these things

We encourage students to participate in our language courses more than one time in order to truly learn the material taught over 10 lessons. It also gives you additional exposure to varying activities within each topic.

Dates

World Language courses are offered three times per year:

  • September (registration opens in June)
  • January (registration opens in November)
  • April (registration opens in November)
