In early May, Dr. Olav Krigolson, Neuroscientist with a PhD from the University of Victoria, journeyed to the Base Camp of Mount Everest as part of a Canadian research team conducting high-altitude research on brain function. As a side project, Dr. Krigolson is also spending time with the Buddhist Monks at Temboche collecting neural data.

Check out Dr. Krigolson's course, Mount Everest, Monks and Brain Waves this fall where he will highlight some of the research data he collected!
