Death and Dying: A Buddhist Perspective

COURSE

Course description

Understanding death and the process of dying is important for ourselves and our loved ones. We are alive, therefore we shall die. Awareness of this process will help us to come to terms with mortality, live a more meaningful and positive life now, and most importantly, know what to do so we can die peacefully and happily without regrets. In this course, Gen Zopa will explain Buddha’s unparalleled insight into death and dying, and provide essential instructions to help those who are dying at their greatest moment of need.
