Self-Compassion and Gratitude: Superpowers of Well-Being

COURSE

Course description

Research shows that self-compassion and gratitude can be powerful drivers to enhancing overall well-being, but staying positive should not be confused with practicing toxic positivity, where we willfully ignore problems and pretend things are fine. Cultivating authentic self-compassion and gratitude across our life span involves accepting the whole of the human experience and making conscious choices to focus on what we want to expand in our lives. In this interactive session, you will learn tools to help you navigate life’s challenges and changes with much greater resilience.

Please note that the class will be recorded, and the recording will be available to registrants for 30 days after the class.
