Writing Flash Nonfiction
COURSE
Course description
Flash nonfiction is a tightly written form of creative nonfiction (CNF) that packs maximum meaning into a minimum number of words, generally 750 or less. In this course, we will read and discuss examples of published flash nonfiction, complete guided writing exercises, and exchange feedback on pieces that participants write between classes. For both seasoned CNF writers and genre newcomers, working in miniature can be a fun and freeing way to boost your creativity and flex your writing muscles.
