Course description

For generations, intrepid musicians have indulged in travel to expand their horizons and encounter the most renowned and iconic classical music in situ.

From Brahms to Bach, and Rome to the Vienna Woods, sometimes to find a musical gem you have to leave home, even if just for a short while. In this class, we will explore and listen to selections from the classical music repertoire which take inspiration from going somewhere else.

No prior experience with music is required.

This is a multi-access course where instruction is offered face to face and remotely simultaneously. Choose one of the two options below to register depending on how you will access the class.
