Phil Groff is an instructor in the Canadian Fall Prevention Curriculum (CFPC) at Continuing Studies at UVic and has taught the program numerous times, both online and face to face, since participating in the pilot session. Phil is also the executive director for New Circles Community Services. He has spent more than 25 years in health policy research and adult education, and has held various roles for more than 20 of those years in injury prevention, including as vice president (programs) at Parachute, and president and CEO at SMARTRISK. Phil has a PhD in human neuropsychology and cognition.
