Jason McInnis is the national director of health and safety for Boilermakers International. With over 20 years experience, he is responsible for promoting health and safety across a wide range of industries throughout Canada. He regularly contributes to articles on health and safety and has presented papers at conferences in Canada and abroad. Jason is an active member of several health and safety associations (e.g. American Industrial Hygiene Association, Canadian Standards Association), a past president of the Canadian Registration Board of Occupational Hygiene and a current NIOSH Total Worker Health affiliate. He holds a master's degree in health science specializing in occupational and environmental health from the University of Toronto and professional certifications as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and Registered Occupational Hygienist (ROH).
