30-year anniversary restoration talks

In 1996 the Restoration of Natural Systems Program began as the first of its kind in British Columbia. Thirty years later, the RNS Program continues to draw students from around the world who share a passion for restoring the natural world.

As part of our celebration of this 30-year milestone, we invite you to join our faculty and alumni for a special series of free Restoration Talks to celebrate, learn and be inspired throughout 2026. Discover the latest techniques in ecological restoration, explore success stories from local and global projects, and find out how you can make a difference in your own backyard or through community volunteer efforts.

Come celebrate with us, connect with fellow restoration enthusiasts, and be part of the next chapter in this remarkable journey!
