Buddhist Advice for Solving Problems from the Inside Out

Part of: UVic on the Peninsula

Course description

Feeling stuck? Are there habits and thought patterns you’d like to change? Buddhist teachings can unravel negative ways of thinking about ourselves and others.

Kadampa Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Zopa will help us become inspired about our ability to change for the better. We will learn that we are always in flux, so there is infinite possibility for transformation. With this understanding, we can use special meditative techniques. As we start to see gradual improvements, we will feel confident and inspired that anything is possible.

Everyone is welcome!
