Course description
Sleep is the single biggest factor that influences brain health and the impact of sleep on brain health becomes increasingly more important as we age. In this talk, Dr. Krigolson will outline the physiological mechanisms behind sleep and how sleep works. Dr. Krigolson will also review the changes that occur in the brain while we sleep and why they occur. Finally, tips for improving sleep hygiene and sleep quality will also be discussed.
