Mr. Patrick MacNeil

Biography

Patrick MacNeil is an experienced management consultant and has worked with senior leaders in private and public sector organizations throughout Canada for over thirty years. He has lead teams in the planning, development and implementation of complex multi-year strategic business change initiatives. His professional experience includes senior roles in client service delivery and people leadership at Ernst & Young, IBM and Deloitte. His teaching experience includes certification programs in business analysis and strategy development. He holds a BCom from Dalhousie University, CMC and FCMC designations from the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and is certified in the governance of enterprise IT.
