Why It Makes Sense Now: Lifelong Patterns and Neurodivergence

COURSE

Course description

Many adults reach a point where long-standing patterns begin to raise new questions. This course explores how differences in attention, energy, and emotional experience may have gone unrecognized earlier in life. Through a neurodiversity-informed lens, you will reflect on lifelong patterns, consider how these shaped your experiences, and develop a more compassionate understanding of oneself or others.
