Feeling overwhelmed by the endless literature on healthy aging and well-being?
Let's deconstruct the many factors that impact how we age and discuss strategies and mechanisms that influence the process. Dr. Malllidou will bring her research and personal experience with the Mediterranean diet and the vegan diet to delve into the nutrients that matter most in the aging process, including those that provide support to the immune system to prevent common issues.
Furthermore, she will wrap up the course by sharing healthy and delicious recipes based on a vegan diet.
