Course description
When held in the right light, ordinary human experiences shine bright with vitality. Through a guided meditation, and a writing and sharing process, we will cultivate openness and curiosity towards our thoughts and feelings—and risk authentic expression so that we may recover magic in the mundane of our lives. We will cultivate mindfulness, develop compassion, and deepen connections with the self and others. Writers and meditators of all experience levels are welcome.
