Course description

This course offers drawing as a tool for calming the mind, cultivating awareness and connecting with the present moment.

Inspired by poetry from David Whyte and Mary Oliver, as well as practices from Julia Cameron, students will explore simple drawing techniques, mark-making to music and mindful observation of nature.

Drawing as Meditation provides space to slow down, reflect, and restore creativity through the practice of drawing.
