Hotels
Victoria has a large number of hotels, most of which are located near downtown Victoria. Tourism Victoria provides further accommodation information and reservation services, as does the Victoria and Vancouver Island Travel Guide and the Travel BC Accommodation Listings. Prices and availability will vary from season to season.
A particular favourite of Cultural Resource Management participants is Swan's Hotel. If you wish to reserve the hotel during the winter months, be sure to request the University of Victoria rate.
Hostels
In addition to bed and breakfast facilities and hotels, you may want to consider a stay at a hostel in Victoria. The hostels are located in downtown Victoria, a convenient 20-minute bus ride from the university.
