First Day Schedule - New students

8:00am – 8:30am | Arriving on Campus
UVic staff (Cultural Assistants – CAs) will be at the main bus stop to direct you to the Continuing Studies Building (CST).
Meet in Testing Groups for Writing Sample Tests
Testing Group locations for your first day will be available at 8:00pm on Friday, June 26 at ELPI Testing Locations
8:30am | Writing Sample Tests
CST Classrooms
9:00am | WELCome Activities
Enjoy a campus tour, learn about resources and enjoy a coffee with our CA staff.
10:30am – 12:30pm | Speak Tests
Speak Test times will be assigned by the instructors.
12:30pm | UMO Card (bus pass) Set up and Wifi Support
Meet your CAs in CST 276.
1:00pm – 2:00pm | Homestay Orientation
Meet in CST 276.
2:00pm | End of Day
CST is the Continuing Studies building, home of the English Language Centre (ELC).
