Dr. Colleen Kawalilak began her career as a social worker in Alberta. She then transitioned to the field of adult education where the philosophies and values that had guided her social work praxis also informed her work with adult learners in traditional and non-traditional education settings. As a deeply committed and passionate adult educator, Colleen's teaching and research focuses on the power of dialogue in the co-creation of healthy, sustainable communities that thrive, in workplace, community and educational settings.
