If you don't have a NetLink ID

To reset your password, enter the email address that you use to sign in to Continuing Studies. This can be your personal email address or another email address associated with your account. If the information matches a listing in our system, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you don’t receive an email from us, it could mean:

  • Your email address isn’t in our system
  • Your email address is associated with more than one Continuing Studies account
  • The email may have gone to your SPAM folder
