Recover your password

To reset your password, enter the email address that you use to log in to Continuing Studies. This can be your personal email address, your Netlink ID or another email address associated with your account. If the information matches a listing in our system, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you don’t receive an email from us, it could mean:

  • Your email address isn’t in our system
  • Your email address is associated with more than one Continuing Studies account
  • The email may have gone to your SPAM folder

If you don’t receive a password reset email from us within 30 minutes, please call Registration Services at 250-472-4747.

If you don’t know your username, email address or Netlink ID, please call Registration Services at 250-472-4747, and we will help recover your account information over the phone.

If you no longer own the email address that you registered with or you prefer to contact us to obtain your login information, please call Registration Services at 250-472-4747.
