Following the US presidential election on November 5, we will zero in on the outcomes that have emerged by mid-November, to assess broader implications for the US, Canada and the world. While prognostication is always a fraught enterprise, what policies and political, economic or socio-cultural transformations—or continuances, as the case may be—might appear to be on the horizon?
