Course description

This talk will provide an introduction to the long-term and short-term causes of the war, its evolution into a war of attrition, and the prospects for peace. Particular attention will be paid to the massive displacement of Ukrainian civilians and the lessons the military and politicians worldwide are drawing from the war.
