2016 marks the 20 year anniversary of our Restoration of Natural Systems (RNS) Program and we are thrilled to applaud the contribution this award-winning curriculum has been making in the field of ecological restoration since 1996.

The program's mission is to facilitate “the healing of natural ecosystems through respect, rigour, and relevance by fostering the development of restoration professionals and promoting the value of healthy environments.”

Today, the RNS Program is recognised as a leader in ecological restoration education, having distinguished itself through its interdisciplinary approach and strong commitment to a comprehensive treatment of ecological restoration that encompasses the social and scientific dimensions of the field.

With a continuing rise in threats to the environment, both man-made and climate-related, the work of this program is only becoming more important.
