Each year the ELC awards each Pathways program student with the highest GPA in his/her “stream” with a $1,000 scholarship award toward their second year of studies at UVic. This year’s winners were Ms. Xiaoyi Li (Social Sciences) and Mr. Yanqing Li (Science/Engineering). We’re proud of you and wish you all the best in your university career at UVic!
