Learning objectives
After completing this session, participants will have acquired advanced skills in calendar and mailbox management, productivity enhancement, as well as effective collaboration and communication strategies. These skills will empower participants to leverage MS Outlook effectively as a versatile tool for managing their professional responsibilities, improving team dynamics, and enhancing overall organizational productivity.
Effective Calendar Management – participants will:
- learn how to efficiently manage and prioritize appointments, meetings and tasks using Outlook's calendar features
- explore techniques for setting reminders, categorizing events and handling scheduling conflicts to optimize time management and organizational efficiency
- master advanced email organization techniques, keyboard shortcuts and customization options to personalize the Outlook experience and work more efficiently
Managing Your Manager’s Mailbox – participants will:
- understand strategies for organizing and prioritizing emails effectively to maintain a well-managed inbox
- learn how to utilize Outlook's filtering, rules and folder organization features to manage communications and tasks efficiently, particularly for managerial roles
Collaboration and Communication – participants will:
