Selecting your courses
A different selection of courses are offered every term. To help you choose which courses to take, you can view the upcoming course schedule page. This will tell you information about the delivery style and dates for each available course.
Once you have decided on your courses, you need register for them individually. Learn about how to register for a course.

New student orientation
Your Continuing Studies at UVic experience is just around the corner and you may have questions about your program, the campus or the city of Victoria. Continuing Studies is pleased to offer a New Student Orientation Day with a variety of sessions to set you up for success.

Student support
Our student support coordinator is a Certified Canadian Counsellor who can provide mental health support (e.g., grief, stress, anxiety, culture-shock etc.) and assistance with being a student in Victoria. Learn more about Student support.

Graduation information
Leading up to your graduation, we invite you to attend one of our program completion sessions where we'll provide valuable information about the completion of your Business Administration program. View upcoming program completion sessions.
For students who are in their final term of study or those who have completed the program requirements, please be sure to submit an Application to Graduate. The deadline to apply for Spring (June) convocation is December 15, and the deadline to apply for Fall (November) convocation is July 15. Students are responsible for ensuring they apply to graduate in their final term or once their program requirements are complete.
