Course description
Due to COVID-19, we are not running the February 2021 teacher pro-d day. We hope to see everyone back once we are able to run it again.
February teacher pro-D day
Do you teach high school history or social studies? Are you looking for innovative ways to approach the New Curriculum's Six Historical Thinking Concepts? Join faculty and students from UVic's Department of History in collaboration with BC teachers David Lynch and Michael Perry-Whittingham to explore experiential learning initiatives that get students participating in historical displays, investigations and mysteries. Register now for this day-long enrichment session which includes morning refreshments and lunch.
