Course description

Leave any lingering physics phobia at the door as you participate in these engaging presentations on sound, light and colour. We’ll explore wave phenomena from sound waves to spectroscopes, and enjoy learning the scientific laws that govern our lives. Classes include anecdotes of well-known scientists: their lives, methods, discoveries and foibles. Each session combines interactive demonstrations with student participation. Bring your questions and curiosity!
