Over the next thousand years, humanity is likely to move beyond the Earth and explore the stars. This third course in the series will examine potential colonization of the moon and Mars, plus reaching out to other planets and moons in the solar system. Exploring the galaxy may be possible if we learn much more about the physics of the universe. We will wrap-up the course, and the series, by looking at the Earth, solar system and the universe billions of years into the future.
