When things don’t work out the way we want them to, our usual reaction is to become upset or disappointed. By reflecting deeply on Buddhist teachings, we can learn to accept whatever happens with a calm and peaceful mind, and stay positive in any situation. In this course you will learn how to cultivate the mind of patience that is able to bear suffering or harm.
A full course refund will only be provided if you withdraw from a course prior to the course start date. For courses with more than one class, a refund, less a minimum $15 administrative fee may be issued if you withdraw prior to the second class. Depending on your method of payment, a refund will be either mailed to you or credited to your credit card.
