Buddhist teachings on self-acceptance show us how to be our own friend, teacher and guide. However, we are sometimes our own worst enemy, causing ourselves pain and torment. In this course, you'll learn how to recognize and let go of self-defeating attitudes that interfere with your happiness. Learn to silence the inner critic, realize who you really are, and become your own friend, teacher and guide. Each session will include a lecture, question period and guided contemplation.
A full course refund will only be provided if you withdraw from a course prior to the course start date. For courses with more than one class, a refund, less a minimum $15 administrative fee may be issued if you withdraw prior to the second class. Depending on your method of payment, a refund will be either mailed to you or credited to your credit card.
