Course description

We can often feel trapped by our unhappy feelings and emotions, struggling to see a way out.  As long as uncontrolled desire dominates our mind we remain vulnerable to intense suffering when our wishes are not fulfilled, especially in relationships.  In this course, we will explore Buddhist methods for identifying within our mind the causes of our grief, anxiety, stress and worry. We will discover our unique ability to choose which thoughts to follow, so that we can change our feelings and actions.  In this way we will come to experience a deep, satisfying emotional freedom, becoming the person we wish to be – joyful, confident and loving.
