Love Bugs and Legumes: Cooking with Sustainable Protein
The World Health Organization and Health Canada recommend choosing more sustainable food systems that can meet the needs of our growing global population. These involve a switch from animal-centered diets to more plant and insect-centered diets. This course will provide a hands-on approach to understanding the why, what and how of cooking with insects, plant-based proteins and other aspects of a sustainable food system.
Course withdrawal must occur at least 48 hours prior to course commencement to receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee.
