Building on Level 1, this course breaks down emotional intelligence into four major areas and explores the main principles and skills involved in each, as well as the common traps that many people unwittingly fall into. Examine the nature of so-called ‘negative emotions’, including fear and anger, and receive practical advice on how to overcome destructive behaviours that can arise from widespread difficulties we face in managing such emotions. Bring an open mind and heart—ready to grow by integrating new (and sometimes challenging) ideas. Through interactive exercises with fellow class members, your primary focus will be to learn more about yourself! Enrolment is limited.
Note: Course withdrawal must occur at least 48 hours prior to course commencement to receive a refund less a $25 administration fee.
