Before l come here, l heard that Victoria's language center is the best in Canada, and now l am glad that l can prove it is true. Not only the teacher but also the volunteer in this center helps a lot and create a very helping atmosphere to help the student to study.
What's it like living in Victoria?
I actually still remember the first-day l came to Victoria, what a beautiful city! And l saw the sunset when l was taking the ferry. And when l waked up in the morning, l saw the flowers are gently swaying in the breeze, and it is much more beautiful than l heard of it.
Best advice for new students
Don't feel afraid to ask or doubt the teacher or your friends. All of these things you could learn or it could be a very unforgettable memory to you. It is important for you to understand that even if there is slight difference between class about the grade standard, but it is your responsibility to find out what your professor wants or what they want to let you understand and then use all these reachable resources to help you to reach where you could get to. Never give it up too early, even it doesn’t go well, the last minute will tell how possible the things change.
