In this workshop, you will examine how the role of training is changing and analyze the relationship between training, performance and business strategy. You will develop a deeper understanding of how to design training programs that can improve employee performance and meet business needs. You will leave the workshop with an action plan that outlines what, where and how improvements may be implemented.

This course may be available online. Students login to the course and communicate with the instructor and fellow students via the Internet. All assignments and course activities are submitted electronically to the course instructor.

Full refund is provided up to the course registration deadline. Students in online courses who withdraw up to six calendar days after course start may receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee, and no refund seven or more calendar days after the course start date. For workshops and summer core courses, students who withdraw after the registration deadline will receive no refund.
