Enhancing Your Life: Self-Discovery and Action
Do you know what you want from life but not how to achieve it? It’s possible to develop an action plan that will enable you to create with more purpose the quality of life you want for yourself.
In three individual sessions with a counselor you will begin the process of learning to: more mindfully examine and articulate your goals; explore your values, preferences and priorities; and how to more closely match your intentions with actions.
Please note: completion of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is optional before meeting with the counselor.
