In this workshop, you will deepen your facilitation skills by experiencing four powerful group process models that will help you:
- maximize learner engagement
- develop strategies for group achievement
- facilitate change in your learning environment or organization
Learn how these four models work, and then take them back to your team, department, community organization or company.
Learning objectives
- Choose and implement methods that help a specific group achieve its purpose.
- Develop skills for facilitating goal setting and change management processes.
- Understand how emergent and disruptive influences impact group engagement.
- Design a facilitation plan that is aided by research methods, for sustaining results.
Prerequisites
Prior facilitation experience is not required. However, an existing appreciation of the facilitative process will help you get the most out of this hands-on workshop.
