This workshop will critically examine and help bridge the gap between diversity theories and practice. It will help break down common misconceptions and encourage students to develop practical ways to address diversity challenges.
You will learn about theories of diversity and the challenges in applying these theories in the workplace and beyond, as you create strategies to achieve your diversity goals and develop practical plans for facilitating diversity.

Online course withdrawal/refund policy:
CACE course registrants will receive a full refund up to the course start date. From the course start date to six calendar days into the course, students who withdraw will receive a refund less the $50 administrative fee. Students who withdraw seven or more calendar days after the course start date will receive no refund.
Face-to-face course and workshop withdrawal/refund policy:
CACE students must pay an administrative fee of $50 if they withdraw from a course/workshop before the registration deadline. Students who withdraw after this date will not receive any refund.
